You have a choice of several beaches in the area, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca or La Zenia all 20 min walking distance or 5 min drive. if you choose to go further a field there is Cabo Roig beach, Campomar Beach, Pilar all 10 mins car journey.
Golf
There are excellent golf courses within 10 mins drive; Las Rambles, Villa Martin, Golf Compamour to name but a few all within 10 minutes drive, All clubs have bars and restaurants.
The Area
Bars, restaurants, shops, banks are all within easy reach. Relax and enjoy - there's plenty to see and do if you want with markets for those of us who enjoy a good haggle. Airport Pick up and drop off service available to and from Alicante 50 euros and Murcia airport 40 euros.

OUTSIDE
Opposite house Good sized guarded communal pool surrounded by lush grass with a few trees dotted around for shade, there is well maintained tennis courts, The local pub has entertainment on most nights with a beautiful relaxing outside tropical bar, (Wicklow Abbey) which also offers low priced evening meals as does all the surrounding restaurants/bars, these are situated 1 street away from the apartment, near but also far enough for peace and quiet. 20 min walk away there is a weekly Saturday market for the keen bargain hunter and the LaZenia Boulevard containing designer shops and fantastic selection of restaurants.

Cleaning & Towels
The apartment is cleaned and prepared with fresh linen and towels. On arrival of your stay a 60 euros charge is to be paid to Margaret for cleaning of the apartment, also monies for your welcome pack if you requested one.
Other Notes
A welcome pack can be arranged if asked for in advance (eg water, milk, bread, sugar, teabags, coffee, pack of cereal), good for late or early arrival times. Entry to the property will be arranged via correspondence with Kim & Margaret.
Air hot/cold conditioning available, additional charge payable on arrival at the property to Margaret.
Booking notes
A deposit of 50% is required on the day of your booking the remainder is due 8 weeks before departure date. A breakages deposit of £100 is required with final payment, this will be refunded at the end of your holiday on confirmation that there is no damages/breakages. Please note you will have to arrange your own travel insurance.

- The most popular airport is, Alicante which is 40 minutes drive, Corvera Airport Murcia is about the same distance.
- Car hire is available or transfers can be arranged for approx €60.
- Offer of flights at the moment are available all the time from Ryanair we have booked flights as low as £29.
- For satnav the address you enter must be Calle Antares 319, 03189, La Florida (Murcia) due to recent street renaming, locals know the area as 319 Al Andalus II Orihuela Costa. Either is suitable for you carhire company address.
Distances
- Torrevieja is the nearest coastal town 10 mins drive away and it has it's own waterpark
- La Zenia is approx 5 mins where your find restaurants, bars and a beautiful beach with jet skis/pedlos for hire.
- Playa Flamenca is approx 5 mins drive with bars, restaurants and Saturday market.
- Cuidad Quasada has one of the best water parks for the children and is approx 15/20 mins away.
